I started this site in this november, the point of this site is to display hot and sexy girls found on social sites, whether it be through photos or videos. (LINK IN SIG)

Stats: 20-50 uniques a day. (not thousands)
Pageviews: 200-300 a day
Ads Revenue: Less than $1 for 2 months
Google Search for my site: 3,700 Results. thru backlinks

What do you think about the layout?
What would you change?
Would you bookmark this site?
How can i monotize it better so that i can make $60+ a day? (ultimate goal)
Overal Rating 1-10? (10 highest)

I would appreciate constructive criticism.

Ok erm, it looks like you just found a free wordpress template and just started posting chicks on it. It looks nothing like a porn site or even a site that took effort to build.

The grey header is boring and your navagation buttons don't even line up with the bottom of the header. The header text looks like its all over the place the damn thing has 2 input boxes on top of each other.

Id hit that site and figure it was dead or a joke and move on. You need some major design work, some color on the site and if you want to make money its got to have ADS on it. Not just a fling banner that will never convert anyway. Go vist other porn/girl sites and copy what they do.

My competitor has only one fling ad and 3 texts ads between blog posts like me, he has over 8k subscribers, and over 80,000 hits a day. All natural. I dont want to clutter the page up with ads, because all that will do is show that im needy for $. I want to encourage long term visitors, rather than passer-byers.

Take a look at the different themes i found, let me know what you think.

You seem to seriously lack taste in WP themes.

Take one of Kemp's suggestions instead.

traffic is obtained from different blogs and social bookmarking sites.
seo is done thru "all in one seo" plugin.

One technique (search for more online or on wickedfire) would be the old "enable commentluv" thing.

Work flows like this:

1. Post babe post (yes, add some descriptive text, for fuckßs sake*)
2. Google "Firstname Lastname" "enable commentluv"
3. Comment on as many blogs as you can and that allow you to enter your link
4. Rinse and repeat

You can also automate this, just make an alert for top babes on Google, all in the above form.
You will get an email alert for each new blog, allowing you two things:

1) grab new content on those babes
2) comment away

i checked out your site. do you keep track of all the girl's ages that you post on your site?
because some of them look too young; some girls are like that but i'd be alittle careful that's not a fun charge.

are you going for a picture/video only site?

I like the content but you need alittle more

what is your direction for this site?

I think it's funny that you keep referring to your "competitor", like there's only one. As pocketrocket just pointed out you probably have 10s of thousands of competitors, or even 100s of thousands (and certainly millions of sites). If it's not in blog format, it's a forum, ezine or a thumbnail gallery.

Not to mention face legal action from the girls themselves for posting their pics without their permission. You might also face copyright infringement. There are some pretty serious laws behind this stuff. Producers must keep on file accurate records of their models.

Wickedfire is the shit, but you might also want to check out a dedicated adult forum like GFY for more info.

Thanks for the input, i am aware of the girl's ages, and i have their consent to post their pics. More and lots more content is on the way, im just really busy with more important shit, such as ecommerce sales that really makes my money online. Direction for the site?.. usually, with anything i do, i like to do it big, for those that know me, i'll take it till the end.

I am aware of the gazillion other sites, but i like to choose one of the sites that i am competing with, and work around that. Ofcourse im watching other sites and how they monetize their content, i like to stick to one or two so that i can understand their success better in detail... if that makes sense. =]

Huge traffic rankings? 9k readers is far from "huge" traffic numbers in this niche. Plus, only half are usually US visitors and the rest are from lower valued countries.

Here is just a small list (couple hundred) of sites that do the exact same thing only using the Babelogger script (this is what was used before Wordpress got popular)

If you want to "copy" a successful amateur site just check out postyourgirls.com -- that gets more than 30x the traffic of your competitor.

On a serious note, that theme sucks.
You are not doing a military site here, you are doing a babe site.

Look at SUCCESSFULL babe sites. Look at what themes they use. most of them use light and bright colors, white, pink, blue, etc...

There is a reason for that: It works.

Image (duh), short description of the gallery / girl (~30 - 100 words), alt text, title.
If you can use the name of the more popular models, by all means, do.

Make the link text a nice one.

Build links as described above.
