Just got an interesting series of calls and a threatening voicemail all because I said 'not interested' and hung up.

So first call, I pickup. Guy 'Gary Ziem' (when asked his lastname I took about 3 seconds so I'm going with false on that one) tells me he has a car loan offer blah blah wants just '5 seconds of my time.' No, not interested, goodbye.

Calls me immediately after I hang up and tells me 'just listen' and then I now firmly tell him to not call me back.

Calls 2 more times. I deny both. Calls again and I let it go through to voicemail where he leaves a threatening "man I just wanted 5 seconds of your time to explain my special offer, nowthat you aren't responding I'm just gonna give out your personal information wherever I feel like it".

Awesome.

I call him up, pissed as fuck at this dickhead, and demand his company name and how I can reach his legal department (the obligatory first-to-mind 'I'm gonna sue your ass' kinda deal) and he says 'its just me'.

The number is 858 area code, local to me. Do I have a case here? I bet the number is traceable.. I just want to get back at this fuckhead.
