But seriously I've had tanks on my desk since college and they are very relaxing. Aff Marketing can be stressful.

I use a macbook air for light stuff and a quad-core PC hooked up to a Dell 30" LCD.. I'm contemplating adding one monitor but with the previous set-up that had 2 x 24" Samsung's I hated staring in the middle of the screen where the 2 bordered joined..

Actually, it increases productivity. I have a 24" widescreen for my desktop, and a 19" 4:3 that is an external monitor for my 13" Macbook. And my 24" widescreen also doubles as an HDTV

Here's the way my desk is used before 7pm. (He's 2.5 in these - these are a year old, but similar to modern set-ups.)

The armchair off to the right is my husband's. Here's his set-up before we gained 1,200 square feet in a new house.
