Are we really living in a racist America. I'm tired of the African American leaders making ridiculous statements like this. Listen to what our newly Obama(black president I might add) appointed Attorney general said about America. "a nation of cowards" on matters of race. I say get this shit head out. I'm tired of this bs.
Its okay to have black club, or Hispanic high school club but its not okay to have a white club. What ever happened to common sense and why is the white man taking this. I think the colored are pointing out color when I hardly even pay attention to it.

I think Bill Cosby took enough flak for speaking out about race and the issues they face -- what makes you think your forum post is going to change the culture of "victimhood"?

Nah, he's right. We tiptoe cleverly around the issue of race, either completely ignoring it as is convenient, or parading it out as is convenient. Either way we are, and continue to be as a society, intellectually dishonest about the whole thing.

Thats funny I grow up with kids telling me to "go back to Russia". I know exactly what it feels like. Im just not a pussy about it, and really the best revange is just to live better then they do.

I am the typical forgotten man. White, middle class but I would never accept slavery of any person. Why can't black people realize that I am against the sins of our past as much as they are.

Hell..my ancestors were slaves as well at one time..do I live my life every day using it as a excuse...........NOPE!...........get over it black people.
 
As a white kid growing up in Hawaii I experienced racism everyday. Now when someone says something to me I just tell them that they're just jealous because I can get any job I want.

As long as there's different races, nationalities, religions etc there'll always be racism of some sort!

If someone's black, and an idiot, and I call him a black idiot am I being racist? Or if someone has blonde hair and is being an asshole and I call him a blonde haired asshole am I being racist there? At what point is the line drawn?

Is it racist to see that people are different? I think the ones that keep drawing attention it and tip toe around it are the racists!

But there are plenty of Americans alive who were refused admission to schools, stores, and restaurants. I know some of them and I bet you do too. See how much guts you have and try explaining to them your views. Didn't think so.

This isn't some thug on the corner talking about how the man is keeping him down. Race goes way beyond slavery and until white guys stop bitching about an Ivy League educated black man talking about how people don't get it, he's going to be right.
