What is your online biz about?
You should be able to find answers to your question by using 'Search' option here on the forum! Most subjects are already discussed on WF. For sure you will find threads about how to promote a site! When it's a new site, setting up a ppc campaign might be a good option in the meantime to get traffic, till search engines pick up some good traffic...  |

Make sure you have opt ins as customers might not buy the first time they are on your website. I.e have someone fill in their email so that you can continually send them advice from month to month depending on their buying cycle. i.e if you are selling a car you would send them newsletters frequently after maybe six months cause, they are not going to buy another car from you in 2 weeks compared to buying something like milk or hoodia where they might buy from you every 2 to 3 weeks. Oh i read somewhere that you should also moniter your website using live person especially when you have your adwords or adcenter campaign running and interact with the people coming to your website. It adds an extra dimension to your store that alot of stores dont have. That personification of your website really puts it way ahead of other stores on the web.
