Hello,

I am experiencing stiff neck and some sprain since last week. Mostly got to do with long hours sitting in front of computer.

So what to you guys/gals do to avoid neck sprain and maintain correct posture while sitting long hours in front of computers?

Laptop on the couch or bed with some big cushions, shifting position frequently to remain comfortable.

I sleep with one of these. (not affiliate link) I like it because it gives my neck the support it needs but I don't have to give up my favorite squishy pillow to do it.

When I sleep with a pillow (not often) I use this kind but I can't say I've noticed much of a difference.

Mainly I just try to get up and move around every hour or so of working online.

hire a masseuse while working in chair.... and mb...just mb....if you play your cards right... ask for a happy ending.
