So I just want to confess, I got started in this business by buying a google biz kit offer thing. I knew it was a re-bill offer from reading the terms and used a gift card because I just wanted to pay the tiny fee and see the info. I had been searching around online for different information and tried promoting clickbank offers with adwords already and failed miserably. $1.99 seemed like a pretty in significant price to obtain any info that might help me in the least. The information really did help, I learned to sell CPA offers with flogs like the one I had found. I knew it was a fake marketing gimmick I just couldn't find how I could sell it; the only affiliate network I had found was clickbank. I managed to find this forum and some CPA networks with the information in that biz kit and got started.

Now I can be my own flog success story. But still so ashamed it all really came from a google biz kit for the most part where I learned the term "cpa" and started putting that in my search for affiliate networks.

STOP IT! Your story is going to make us re-bill slinging assholes sleep better at night :D

I can see where you're coming from. 5+ years ago I got my hands on a copy of The Rich Jerk, and as obnoxious and absurd as his whole marketing concept is, the actual ebook put all the pieces of the affiliate marketing puzzle in front of me.

Unfortunately, 98% of the people who buy into one of the many bizkit's floating out there think they are going to get some foolproof "online ATM machine" where money gets printed out of your cd-rom drive. And given how the advertisers market the programs, that's a somewhat reasonable expectation, sadly.

For the other 2% that buy into the bizkits and actually look into what's being offered, they may be able to put it into action and actually get their own affiliate marketing business off the ground in some capacity.

My 2 cents....

I got into this business as well with a rebill peice of "Make Money" software called Search Engine Cloaker. Paid well over $1k on different bizopp stuff all that made me pretty good money when I applied the principles. That's why I get frustrated when everyone calls this stuff scams.

the google kits teach cpa and flogs??? hmmm interesting lol

I tried to buy one also with a gift card out of curiosity but it didn't work b/c i think it tried to authorize 79 and there was only 50 on it.

I wouldn't go as far as to claim that every internet marketing info product is a scam, but I think people were specifically referring to the rebills, no?

I mean, to this date I have no idea what you actually get when you sign up for a Instant Google Money Avalanche rebill. I assume 99% of bizopp affiliates don't, either.

Yeah this right here is exactly the issue. So people just run around calling things scams. Yet they have no idea what the products are.

the scammy part about bizopps is the additional rebills they sign people up for (many of them). health watch, 2 other bizopps at the same time, etc etc. it's not the affiliates or the networks, but when signing up for 1 bizopp gets you into 4-5 rebills at $300 a month that's a bit shitty. (plus we only see $35-$42 of it)

You're not alone. I found my way into AM by buying some shit from this guy:

Steven-Wagenheim_34181.jpg

Steve Wagenheim's Honest Income Program. I didn't expect to get rich, just looking for some insight into how to make money online. Obviously, I didn't find it there but there were a few decent nuggets about article marketing and shit. From there I just kept digging deeper until I found my way here. That was the only eBook I ever bought, and it was well worth it because indirectly it got me into AM.

That's why I don't feel bad about bizopps. I agree with what Smax said. Plus, these people are looking for a way to make money. Instead of crying about the product not being worth what they paid, they should examine how they were sold on it, and use that knowledge to market to other people. Then, the product is worth every penny and more, because it opens your eyes to Internet Marketing.

Hello friend,

I think those who make hundred thousands day with rebill already sleep very good at night in big nice bed and sexy ladies.

Good luck bro

@ Unarmed Gunman, That's severely fucking weird. I'm sure you already know from discussions around but the same guy helped me get going as well. Everytime I tell Barman, he tells me to stick a gun in my mouth. Fact is, Steve got me started writing online and it was the first real income I had coming in.

No shit! That stuff actually works for some people?!?! I'm glad you guys shared, so now I can go set up some flogs to help people get rich.

The networks could give more details about each offer, a product photo or screenshot. It would make landing pages more accurate, probably decreasing chargebacks.
