Basically the UN's been running models which predict radiation from Earth should get trapped in the atmosphere as it heats.

A scientist from MIT collected data for 20 years that ended up showing the exact opposite.

Why should you care? Because countries all across the world, including our own, are drafting laws that have huge economic impacts - all based on this 'science'.

I was about to watch...

...but then I saw "Glenn Beck" and said oh whatever it says will be pure B.S anyway...
 
Why would anyone go along with the global warming hype, especially after they changed it to "climate change" when the results started showing a cooling.

It is all an attempt to get more tax money from you and me. I dont care what country you are from, this is a global attempt to take money from people who earn money and redistribute it to people and nations that cant support themselves, all under the guise of "saving the planet."

Oh and FTC-Hater, you might want to change your attitude towards Glenn Beck. He is on your side against the govt intrusion into internet regulations. In fact, earlier this week he played some clips of Obama officials saying they were ready to start policing and regulating facebook advertising. He knows his stuff.

Scientists don't get grants unless they report something extraordinary. As soon as the money stops it becomes bullshit.

Same bullshit scare tactics time, but with warming.

Didn't say I thought global warming was right - never have. I said I don't trust the opinion of Glenn nor do I like his show. It's just as sensationalized as CNN but from the opposite side of the field.

Either one sucks ass - that's why I get my late breaking news from WickedFire.

But... the paper did come from MIT and the Sloan professor of meterology there, Richard Lindzen, is definitely on the less than apocalyptic outcome scenario side of this whole "climate change" issue.

Too bad this view happens to ally itself with the conservatives thus appearing on Glenn Beck. :(

I really don't like Glenn Beck either. With that whole 9/12 thing, black helicopters, FEMA camp conspiracies, conspiracies in general. He's just an amplifier of disinformation.
