Yup. she recently was in a fatal car accident and the person she rearended died. She wasn't charged with anything. I guess its good to be famous.

the investigation is ongoing and she hasn't been charged "yet", but it's still possible.

oh so this wasn't kitchen-knife-behind-the-shower-curtain-killing, just a car accident (where someone died). She will get off an a few months probation. btw is this source even reliable?

I don't get it....if your in an accident and kill someone, it sucks but there isn't really any reason why you should get in trouble for it. It is what it is - an accident. If she was wasted it would be a completely different story.

So why would you guys even be suggesting that she is getting off easier because she is a star? There shouldn't be any crime or anything involved. I'm sure the family of the victim will sue for unwrongful death or something though but thats it.
