Has this ever happened to you? Suspended adwords?

Guys I really need some help...:1zhelp:.

I deposited $500 on oct 7th to my adwords account. I wanted to start a campaign on say my adwords account 000-000-0001. Well, my account got frozen. Im like wtf? So I e-mail google assuming its just my ads wont run. Well, I get an e-mail back and they are telling me that in JULY on like the 21st and 22nd or some garbage that I "did a chargeback". Well folks, heres the problem. I have NEVER EVER done a chargeback. PERIOD. FOR ANYTHING. This is not facking possible!

I'm getting fucked by google. I never did a chargeback. All they will do is give me an account number say 300-300-3001 saying this is the account associated with the chargebacks. This isn't even fucking CLOSE.....

I really need some help on what I can do. When I e-mail them all I get back in a stupid fucking email from some guy nameed bikngbwag telling me the EXACT same thing in every fucking e-mail. I am getting no help. They are telling me i've done a chargeback when I never have!

What do I do???????????? This is going on week 2 of communication and i've got nowhere. They wont even give me an e-mail associated with this supposed "Account" of mine. All they do is to write them a check for $1,000+ to google inc? Are they high? Why would I send them a PENNY for something I haven't done?

advertise somewhere else. if you're doing affiliate stuff you'll be banned from Adwords in about 1 week anyway.
 
If you put "Fuck You" in the Subject line, it tends to get their attention. Last I had a problem with Google, that's what I did. I'd try that if I were you.
 
Damn am I ever pissed.... I will have to stick to MSN & Yahoo.. i want my google account for non affiliate stuff... I just want to have it. It pisses me off that i keep getting back the same email... and phoning? DONT TRY CALLING ITS JUST A ROBOT SAYING "WE CANT HELP ALL OUR CUSTOMERS SO USE EMAIL" omg. i hate google!!!!! fml
 
I thought they went by credit card number for tracking. Is it possible someone else used your charge card in July?

Also, does anyone else use your PC - they track ip's and cookies? As an example I had a friend that used my computer at work to bid on his own auctions on Ebay - they caught him and shut down MY account along with his. It took a lot of work to get my account turned back on.

You just need to find the source of the problem.
 
Bro I understand not to fuck with google. That's why I never have... thus my confusion. I ran two successful PPC campaigns on google before this even happened without an issue.

Googles fucked... bla.. who knows who has my CC number. I doubt anyone though cuz I've never had any charges I dont know. I e-mailed them back for yet MORE info. I think it's just going to come down to be going ahead and getting a prepaid/gift visa... kinda sucks being in Canada though I can't just walk into 7-11 and buy one.
 
Advertise somewhere else. So many other places without all the headaches. Some people just don't learn.
 
....I put in $500+ for adwords to use for a few dyas. Now they took that.. im so lost.. this is getting out of hand. There is no possible way for me to call them. To talk to them.. I just get some dude named Meekashi who doesnt answer anything. They say I did the chargeback... !!!!! So when I ask what name is on the account or email address associated with the account they are saying I charged back with.. they tell me they can't release that due to privacy? Are they high?
