Kevin De Vincenzi, the CEO of XY7 the Leading Online Affiliate Marketing Company Program Authority, is the most cocky, arrogant, disrespectful, and unprofessional person I've ever talked to. He will literally try to put you down and make you feel like an ant compared to how much he makes running his offers internally. He generated 3,928 leads on one offer yesterday!! Good job Kevin, you're the man! Not that he really needs any compliments; he knows he's the shit.

So here's the story, I've been running this one campaign on and off with them for a few months. Within these few months he has constantly BSed about the lead quality for the leads that I generated through a PPV source. This prevented me from hitting his $5K/week minimum on xy7elite.com, which until now he had never complained about. Keep in mind that a few months back, for one day, he let anyone join his xy7elite program (regardless of your revenue) due to some sort of error on their end. Also keep in mind that he is running this offer that I'm running internally. So regardless, even though he originally would BS about the lead quality, he would always end up paying the commissions eventually and would claim that all my leads were fine.

Today, I started running this campaign again with the same traffic source. He is shocked to see that I have a 28% conversion rate coming from a legit traffic source. He calls me up and asks to see my landing page and I tell him why do I need to show you and he claims a conversion rate as high as mine seems to be fraud, or we need to see your LP due to the new FTC regulations (my landing page is not a blog/testimonial site). So finally I give in and show him my page and he straight up LIES and says there is nothing on the landing page. I ask him what do you see there then? Do you see an error message? And he tells me he doesn't have time for this and to come back once I reach $5K/week in revenue. After this, he boots me off xy7elite. Obviously he is lying. Why wouldn't he tell me what he sees on the landing page instead of saying there is nothing there? Then when I call him back he goes on to mock me for using dreamhost and not having my own server, so he obviously saw my LP.

Advice for you: stay away from XY7.com or xy7elite.com, they are bad news. Kevin's business model is to see what his affilates are doing and duplicate it.

General advice: perhaps avoid running an offer with a network that is running that same offer internally?

11 leads is statistically irrelevant for any conversion percentage to follow linearly. It's possible he had a lucky day. It is, however, true that you are " the most cocky, arrogant, disrespectful, and unprofessional person" since that's the way you treat your affiliates publicly.

I'm glad I'm not a member of your network and the only other group I've ever said that about is the warrior forum. They too are cocksuckers which puts you in pretty good company.

Ive been with XY7 for over 10 years and have nothing but great things to say about the XY7 and Kevin. Sounds to me like Ben89 is pissed he couldn't join elite with his 11 leads.

Elite is for the Elite...That means $5000 a week. I worked hard to get accepted and its not fair to think you could join with 11 leads...

I just want to say I have been an ACTIVE XY7 affiliate for the past 3-4 years. I have been on elite since the day it was opened. I consistently run 5 figures a day, sometimes 6 over there. I have been paid EVERY time. I'm not trying to be cocky but damn, you guys are flaming him hard right now.

Kevin has been in the industry probably before some of you were born lol. He isn't trying to "duplicate" any of your campaigns. He is smart as hell and a lot of you can probably learn from him. As much as I think its funny to see people get busted being shills for their own company from a fake account, I see accounts on there I know to not be XY7 employees but live in vegas and may have visited their offices.

Still, their networks is pretty well known to be worthless, and I'm not sure why anyone would be running with them. Only reason I signed up was for some shitty WF contest back in the day and got so much spam I think I had to threaten to report them to get off their damn list.

For the record, he booted me at around 9 in the morning for a campaign that I started a few hours prior to that. It obviously doesn't leave much time for me to generate too many leads. The conversion was not 40% and it fluctuated between 26-28% on a PPV traffic source. The reason his campaign converts at 5-6% is because he is probably direct linking on FB. I on the other hand was using a LP which he obviously saw because he knew that I was hosting with dreamhost.

Also, none of his affiliates are running that offer. Or if they do, they run it long enough until he figures out what they are doing and boots them off based on a bullshit reason that him and Rhianna come up with. Him and his wife Rhianna will make any number look bad in some way. Oh your conversions are too high? You are committing fraud. This is how they run their business.

I am Director of Network Operations at XY7 and I was in the room yesterday (with our compliance team) during the phone calls with the affiliate. Generally I don’t like to air dirty laundry but there are several inaccurate statements that I would like to correct.

1. When we asked the affiliate about the source of his traffic he changed his story MULTIPLE times. At one point he claimed he was an emailer. Each time we confronted him with proof that he was lying he changed his story again.

2. After going around and around, he eventually claimed that he was using a non-approved landing page with PPV. When we asked to see the landing page for compliance reasons, the URL he gave us was either fake or was not functioning.

3. At that point everything he told us seemed to be a lie. We told him that unless he could legitimately explain the source of his traffic and his exceptionally high conversion rate that he would be removed him from XY7 Elite. He said that he was moving to a competing network and hung up the phone.

There was NEVER any attempt to steal the affiliate’s ideas and that suggestion is absurd. The only objective was to certify his compliance but he refused to cooperate. It’s unfortunate but we really had no choice but to terminate the affiliate. Any other decision would jeopardize our relationship with our advertiser and ultimately hurt our company and our legitimate affiliates.

BTW- Biggerhits is a super-affiliate visiting from California and has been working in our office recently. It’s not uncommon for larger affiliates to work from our office when they visit Vegas.

To everyone that has been bashing him it doesn't seem like you guys have been pushing numbers over there, so how can you say anything? You guys would be pissed off too if some random affiliate ran b/s traffic and got mad about it and in turn posted on WF. The title of this post alone shows how mad the affiliate is. What a bunch of baby bullshit.

Still, their networks is pretty well known to be worthless, and I'm not sure why anyone would be running with them. kengraham Junior Member Join Date: Sep 2009 Posts: 5 iTrader: 0 / 0%	I am Director of Network Operations at XY7 and I was in the room yesterday (with our compliance team) during the phone calls with the affiliate. Generally I don’t like to air dirty laundry but there are several inaccurate statements that I would like to correct. 1. When we asked the affiliate about the source of his traffic he changed his story MULTIPLE times. At one point he claimed he was an emailer. Each time we confronted him with proof that he was lying he changed his story again. 2. After going around and around, he eventually claimed that he was using a non-approved landing page with PPV. When we asked to see the landing page for compliance reasons, the URL he gave us was either fake or was not functioning. 3. At that point everything he told us seemed to be a lie. We told him that unless he could legitimately explain the source of his traffic and his exceptionally high conversion rate that he would be removed him from XY7 Elite. He said that he was moving to a competing network and hung up the phone. There was NEVER any attempt to steal the affiliate’s ideas and that suggestion is absurd. The only objective was to certify his compliance but he refused to cooperate. It’s unfortunate but we really had no choice but to terminate the affiliate. Any other decision would jeopardize our relationship with our advertiser and ultimately hurt our company and our legitimate affiliates. BTW- Biggerhits is a super-affiliate visiting from California and has been working in our office recently. It’s not uncommon for larger affiliates to work from our office when they visit Vegas.
