Course I never said that because the person was a tranny they'd suck (well some do... in porns), but rather that in media-hyped situations, I would hope that the person was chosen for their exceptional qualifications rather than affirmative action.

In a way it would be kinda like reverse-discrimination, if for some reason gender, ethnicity, etc was the deciding factor between two qualified candidates. But good luck proving it. (But at the same time, someone who is outside of the 'de facto' norm, is going to be questioned on their qualification more so than others).

And FEMA... that was one disaster after another, the director of FEMA was hardly the only fuckup in that organization.
