I can get it done easy enough. Anyone can if they are willing to shell out the cash up front. I haven't got a ton of extra cash right now or I would do it. If someone else wants to bankroll this, I can help with the logistics.

Either that or we can do preorders with the understanding it might be a while before those ordering get their merch.

It's a simple matter of finding a screen shop that uses quality garments and that does fullfilment as well. Someone like this... Print Mojo - Take the Tour of our custom screen printing and fulfillment services

Jizzlobber's and Timtim's designs are both cool, but because they are full bleed images they will be quite costly. The Tshirt would have to be manufactured (sewn) after the printing I think.

Stick the download somewhere so I can show it to a printer to see if it's even possible to do. I don't think there's any burger monies to be had in this... numbers will be small and costs high, so people would just be paying whatever is needed to get the thing made and delivered.

It might be possible to do this as a dye sublimation, a heat transfer method. It would need to be printed in CMYK anyway I think to get all the shading in the logo, etc. It would be a difficult job to screenprint.

^ It would be a fucking nightmare to print that design. But it is fucking badass.

And yeah, that's a full color process job, best done on an automatic press (so every stroke has the same exact pressure, angle, deflection, etc..so each set of dots prints perfectly in tune with the others) and you'd be looking at a minimum of $200 in setup fees. That's just getting film outputs, burning screens and press registration. Some shops charge upwards of $400 to setup a full color job.

It could be done with dye sublimation/heat transfer but those prints don't wear or wash well. You're talking a lifespan of less than a year before it looks like shit.

Alternatively, it could be done by someone with a direct to garment dye sublimation machine (lower end units cost $100k) but IMO, the print quality, and especially on dark garments, of direct to garment printing is not really that good. The colors are all muted, non of the "pop" you get with a good plastisol print.

I've offered a couple times now to print some of the less convoluted designs, it's in the hands of the powers that be. And no, I don't have an automated press. 4station6headOldSchoolLawson4lyfe!!!
