This is a pretty cool site:

Quantcast - Open Internet Ratings Service

If a site has been around for a bit and gets half-decent traffic, they have demographic data and sometimes traffic charts. Here's the page for wickedfire:

Not sure how accurate it all is, they say "We collect our data through affiliations with partners, who include advertisers, publishers, ISPs and advertising networks. Nice find there, good data as they have a site of myne listed thats maybe 1month old, im going to try out there "free" service and see how it works

real stats is 20,000+ a month
