This just started. What changed?

The website at WickedFire - Affiliate Marketing Forum - Internet Marketing Webmaster SEO Forum - Powered by vBulletin contains elements from the site newspickerdot.com, which appears to host malware – software that can hurt your computer or otherwise operate without your consent. Just visiting a site that contains malware can infect your computer.

If it blocked newspickerdot.com you're fine. No part of the exploit left that domain.

It takes bout 3 to 4 days to get off google's shit list once you can confirm that you've removed the offending link(ad).

On safari, you can simply goto Preference -> Security -> Warn of fraudulent sites. to disable the notice.

A couple weeks ago or so I noticed (and it still happens) a problem with this page -

List Of 3xPR8, 5xPR7, 12xPR6, 46xPR5 & 37xPR4 Dofollow Pages (.Edu Too - All Tested)

Everytime I go to that page my Antivirus (ESET Smart Security) pops up (just did it again) due to something from the post from Jonnyhawk with the link to the site webalta.ru/favicon and the ip address 92.241.163.25:80 - not sure if it is at all related...

I'm on FF 3.6 - I had to: Options -> Security - > uncheck "Block Reported Attack Sites" so I could login to post (and of course browse without hitting the ignore button every page).

Yeah Google has to revisit manually to OK it. Otherwise its fixed. As Brandon and Stanley said above, it was a lovely exploit or a few. Also special thanks to Shady for his assistance. We had the issue fixed pretty quickly, but now just waiting on the big G.
