Beware of Chris Lingle
I had to post about this because I am getting more and more people asking me about it, instead of asking Lerch and Engaged, who are better to be asking about this than me.
Here's what I know so far.. Chris lied about everything. Yes, everything. Well, except maybe his name and location in Texas, but everything else seems to turn out to be a web of lies that he constructed. How people found out about it? Chris got himself drunk and spilled the beans that he's been living off of a family trust fund as his only source of income, and has never actually done anything to do with PPC marketing, affiliate marketing or PPC arbitrage. Yeah, that's right, you read correctly. All lies! Fuckkkkk!! Worst part of it all.. he lied about having cancer! Can you fucking believe that!?!?!?! That's the part that really gets me pissed off, that someone is willing to go that fucking low and lie about having cancer just so that people feel bad for him and sympathize with him. I don't care if someone lies about everything else, but that, well, that just takes the fucking cake folks. Apparently he has been on other forums ripping people off with these "give me $10 and I'll submit your site to 100 directories" and then running with the $300 or so from it. We caught him doing it on DP, SPF, and I think EF, but I'm not entirely sure about the last one. I feel for engaged and Lerch and all of the other people who he comitted fraud on. I'm also glad that they found out early enough to not lose that much money. He was also the one who started up all of the shit about me and WickedFire during our WF Riots almost a month ago. While he told me that it was everyone else, and that he was trying to play the nice good friend, it was really him orchestrating the whole goddamn thing and trying to be the attention whore he so desperately wanted to be. It bugs me that a lot of people fell for this shit, because you don't expect this type of behavior from a 33 yr old guy, especially not one who meets everyone in person and seems so enthusiastic about making it big. But I guess that just goes to show you that in the end, there will always be scam artists like Mr. Chris Lingle. So if you see this fuckface posting on any other forums, trying to sell something or talk a big game, let me, Lerch or Engaged know and someone will check it out. We've got his addresses, phone numbers, emails, and all sorts of other goodies, and since most of us know what he looks like in person, he won't be able to show his face at any industry events, ever again. If you're reading this Chris, I just want to let you know that with all jokes aside, you deserve to go to hell for pretending to have cancer just so that people feel bad for you and don't hate you. That is one of the most fucked up and lowest things someone can ever do. I hope you get cancer of the cock and balls, and that they shrivel up, turn black, and fall off, causing you years and years of pain you stupid fuck. Also know that we are all on the lookout for you and your scams now, and you should be locked up and fucked in the ass for defrauding other people. I hope to holy hell you get caught one day and do go to jail for a long long time, because then you can play your web of lies in jail, and I doubt your cellmate Bubba will give a shit if you say you have cancer or not or how much money you say you make doing arbitrage when you've never touched it. BEWARE OF THE SCAMMER BELOW!  (This is a photo of someone who says they just finished their chemo treatment less than 48 hours ealier. Smoking a cigar eh? Yeah.. that makes lots of sense.)

A guy on this forum who was over the top. Rude to everyone. Claimed to know everything. Claimed all sorts of things that are not true. Would even go to networking events in person. Turns out he lied about pretty much everything.
Not to mention fraud/lying about services and a slew of other stuff - According to JON's post at the beginning of this forum. |

For never doing affiliate marketing or Arbitrage, he sure seemed to know his shit. How, better yet, why would anyone spend the time learning the system, the lingo and what not, just to talk game. To the best of my knowledge hes never profited from anyone here, just got allot of attention. Why would someone throw a line of BS out like that for so long, just for attention?
Didnt he also show up at ASW? Why, if he was just BS'ing people, or maybe I am missing something, maybe he did profit from his WF con job. Something stinks here. If it is in fact true, what a sad, sad truth it would be. |

man, that sucks to hear... His arbi post was the most information-packed, influential tutorial I've ever read on the subject, and I'm making a lot of money because of it.
If he faked having experience/knowledge in arbi, he deserves a freaking oscar, because almost everything he said worked. Chris, if all this is true, I'm shocked. Regardless, thx for improving my bottom line. |

It's not like they just found this all out and that's the end of it. He also stole something around $50k worth of affiliate earnings that they generated with him. So here they lost trust in a partner, a friend, and also some cash to boot. Not to mention had this happened at a later date, they may have also been labeled as scammers if they were tied to him for much longer and someone else caught wind of it before them. It's just another business lesson, it happens. This time around I think this whole thing will make people a lot more wary of who they do business with and get things in writing first. My theory for all of this is that he liked being in the spotlight of that person that helped others and didn't ask for anything in return. It's the celebrity status that the internet brings when you put out good advice or tutorials. When the storm calmed from that, he started voicing his disrespect and disgust for Shoemoney, which of course draw a crowd and some new fans and friends. He liked being that tough guy that didn't give a shit about anything, and being that type of bully made him realize that you can use other people's popularity to your benefit. Which brings this back to me and WF. When he orchestrated and really riled up the crowd to hate me for just about everything he could think of, all the while talking to me on the phone and telling me it was everyone else doing it, and that he was fighting for me. By going after me, and my forum, and Shoemoney he probably felt untouchable, as if he could just discredit everyone that may or may not be able to bring up any of his old threads on other forums, this way, we would be assumed to be liars, and he would of course be praised and no one would believe us. It's a very clever tactic, and he did a great job at it, but he forgot one of the biggest drawbacks... himself. The reason he was called out so quickly is because he got drunk and told Lerch about his trust fund. Kind of ironic how the one thing he didn't have control over, and the most important thing too, was himself. He had also made some pretty outrageous claims to other people when he was drunk that were just plain dumb. I guess it was only a matter of time until he fucked up enough to ruin his sick and twisted master plan. I also think the reason he went to such great lengths to do this was that it didn't start out as a business thing, but spiralled into one as he got more and more greedy, and closer to actually doing what he was telling people he did, and able to make what he hoped he'd one day do. Unfortunately for him, it was built on lies, and just came crashing down in the end.

I always knew something was fucked up with him & to be honest...his big "posts" on arbi blew up because of everyone else that contributed. Everything he fucking said was already on here in one form or another.
Glad the fuckhead was called out and I feel for engaged and lerch...I'm not mad at them anymore besides engaged was the one to tell me to just fucking do it back when I started.

yup, turns out to be just another scammer. Fuck, I feel betrayed because I actually believed him. He even PM'd me about his cancer situation, and I gave the motherfucker consolation about it because I had cancer 5 years ago. He fucking lied to me and everyone.

I am not sure if he had cancer or not. But he has a lot of arm hair for someone just doing chemo and I don't think you stay in chemo for a week, having talked to some cancer survivers the longest I have heard of is 2 days and I know some who go home the same day.
Is there chemo powrful enough for skin cancer to keep you in the hospital for 6 days???? |
