Interesting Share Your AuctionAds Stats.

Alright everyone a few weeks ago I remember people talking about ShoeMoney's new AuctionAds and I know some of you are using it right now, so its time to toss out our early stats, well ok you don't have too, I just want to see how others are doing with it so far, mine suck ass but is getting much better, I think once a couple of my sites are around for longer it'll be some good pocket change. (Yes Only Pocket Change).

As you can tell the click through rates are extremely shitty right now but they are deceiving because I've got this up on one of my new sites where there are not yet much return visitors and average visitor length is still quiet short, but I think in a months time or so this should be doing alright.

I just like how easy it is to use, target your keyword and post the code. (P.S. Yes I've only been using this for a week)

basically your seeing about 17cents cpc... not horrible but not the best. Not I deal for a arbitrage site

Keep in mind there is a 2 day delay on reporting winning bids and also there is a 30 day cookie on all people you have sent to ebay so you will start to see a snowball effect.

I am curious though if you had anything else there before and how it performed head to head. I know that aucitonads is not always going to be the best solution but that would probably be useful to other people.

you think THATS pathic? i twelve upped you. about 1500 impressions, 5 clicks and 0 dollars and 0 cents. ummmm, are you kidding me? i don't even care about the revenue so much but NOBODY is clicking. I think 2 of those might have been me, to see if the tracking worked.

But, I'm convinced it could bring in some incremental revenue. First I'll change some keywords around. Next, I'll take it off the site it's on now and try it on a different niche. Those are the two problems my current campaign is likely facing.

Yeah I liked hearing about the 30 day cookie and I think that once my site gets the traffic I'm looking for It'll take off really good, like I said I just tossed this up on one, well now two of my newer sites where the visitors are not staying that long, once I get some better backlinks, and some good Google ranks that will change, I say inside a month it will be going much better.

lol I kinda had a feeling auction ads would suck. There is a much better alternative called adsense. You get paid for the click and they are contextually matched to your content.

Depends on your niche I guess.

Why would you think they suck?, they are a super easy way to add a bit more income to your websites or blogs.

Sure you still need a good amount of traffic to make any real money but thats pretty much the same with every longer term program (Adsence Included), yeah you can make a lot with short term programs too but if you've got the required traffic why not cash in.

In case your wondering though, no at this moment I obviously don't have the required traffic, hence the stats but at least I'm willing to give it a go.

I can think of several niches that adsense sucks but were this would probably perform better.

Very intelligent. It obviously depends on the niche and ad placement

I havent given Auction ads a run yet, though Im starting to do pretty well with Ebay ads through CJ. You target the right products, on the right site and your going to make money.

Im not sure how flexible AuctionAds are, but being able to target any product imaginable through CJ and Ebay is great. The wait can suck, but like Shoe mentioned youll start to notice a "snowball effect" take place, week after week and from month to month.....

Your absolutely right, AuctionAds can target pretty much any product niche because well look at all the crap on eBay, I've got this up on one of my TV sites where the only product to market was a season one DVD set that was not out yet, thats all I could find then I joined AuctionAds and boom hundreds of shit from eBay all very nicely targeted to my niche.

So far its been quiet easy to gain clicks from readers, even easier then Adsence, so I've definatly got no complaints, however it is still quiet new so we'll see how things go down the road, plus they just added a URL converter which is great so now instead of targeting products from a keyword you can actually take one product here and one product there that you want to market on your site, a lot of power held there.
