Have you ever lied about your age to get with a girl who's in a different age bracket than you? Ever exaggerated your resume or income level? Ever said you were single when in fact you weren't? Well, you're a rapist! At least according to rape crisis centers like this one.

I don't think the average woman wants to accuse a guy of rape just because he lied to her, she'd just dump him. This case is clearly racially/politically charged. But I imagine it's the mindset of feminists around the world.

What they are getting at is: the woman didn't agree with the real you for sex - she agreed to have sex with a different person based on perceptions she had at the time.

It's actually just a reverse of getting people for having sex with a minor who said they were 18, but was actually 16.

I'd like to see a lawyer use that video in defense of a client who got charged with statutory rape.

That would be interesting. So would the reverse, to apply the typical statutory rape argument to a case where the man misrepresents himself: the woman should have known better, rather than taking his word for it.

Lying to get into a relationship is not rape.

The woman in the video is probably feminist that's why.
 
So, in Israel, I would be able to sue a chick for a rape, after I had sex with her because she was lying to me that she had 150 pounds instead of 160?
 
Anyone remember that "rape" that happened in I think it was a Florida College dorm or something.

Some drunk girl walked into some guys dorm because she was drunk and wanted sex. In the morning she was like WTF and that was rape. Guy got sentenced to 6 years.

So when I wake up the next morning and see what the woman really looks like with no makeup on... I can say she raped me? Because I agreed to have sex with a different looking person based on perceptions I had at the time.

Oh, right. Feminists thrive off of the double standards prevalent in today's society. Forgot that part.

As a woman with plenty of feminist ideals myself, I would say that's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. Worse, it actually does a huge disservice to real rape victims.



Besides this video isn't even about rape, it's about religion and ratings.
 
It's certainly not rape, but it's still lame. I'd rather not have sex at all than pretend to be something I'm not just to get laid.
 
Cool so anytime we sleep with a girl wearing makeup or fake tits they're raping us.

That's funny you should bring this up because there was a recent case of this at UCLA. To sum it up, 3 high school black guys that were given a tour of the school slipped away from their group and went into the dorms with the intention of finding some girls. They met one girl alone in her room writing an essay for a class. The 3 guys told her they were incoming football players and within minutes of meeting them she gave them head and slept with all 3 of them.

This is where the story gets weird..

After this 'rape' incident she even gave all 3 her phone number, telling her to hit her up after they get to UCLA. She even proceeded to finish and turn in her essay within minutes after the encounter.

After a few months, when the 3 black guys were supposed to come UCLA to start practicing for the football season, 'Jane Doe' realized they were not football players after all. Thinking she was duped and lied to, humiliated she slept and sucked off 3 black guys that were NOT football players, she filed rape charges.

Having trouble finding more articles about this but to sum it up the charges were dropped because Jane Doe consented and initiated the process. But I guess in her mind, being lied about the fact that they were not football players is grounds for rape.

Most women wear make-up --- that's a lie too. Many have fake body parts -- lies. The list can go on... :)
