Ever since I was 13 (when I first realized that psi was real), I have been able to control the weather. At first I thought it was this stick I carried because every time I held and started to sing "rain rain go away, come again another day", rain completely disappeared. Then I realized that the power was not in a stick, it was in me. I can talk to clouds.

It's supposed to be thundering, raining and lightning right now. It was, and I got scared so I talked to the sky and asked it to please stay away. It's not raining right now. At all - in a 5 mile radius. It stopped within 30 minutes.
If you want to control the weather, just speak to them like you would ask a friend for a favor. Just be nice and talk to them with the respect and love everybody deserves. They will listen.
