Do you guys send Google a 1099 for all of the money you spend on their services (Adwords)? I've spent well over the $600 tax requirement with them in 2009 (before the fuckers banned me), and I got to thinking if that falls into the category of even needing a 1099. My tax guy emailed me and asked if we had paid anyone over $600 for services this year...and Google was the first thing that came to mind. Excuse this if it's a retard question..this is my first year running my biz under an LLC.

1099's are only sent to individuals, not corporations.

The interesting exception is (or used to be as of a few years ago) that you have to 1099 your CPA. Who knows why.

I hear Sergey Brin personally handles all the 1099s they get (and Larry Page is responsible for the TPS Reports) ;)

Ok good. I figured it's just goes under business expense and is accounted for that way. I appreciate it.
