I like the laughs but this has been happening over and over. These guys need to get banned or exiled into newbie section-dom. A good clean up daily is needed.

There has also been a recent rash of borderline BST threads getting started in T&C. Some of them are clever threads-turned-presells and some are straight up promos.

This might sound spammy/a bit like WaFo...

But maybe the solution is to make a "Promos" forum. Here you can put:

Threads to gauge interest in a new product or service (i.e. market research). This would be valuable for sellers to create things people actually WANT, and valuable for buyers to give their input.
Threads to offer beta testing (like LinkWheel Bandit, Bevo when it first started, etc)

I could actually see that becoming a pretty popular forum, and it would certainly unclutter the regular ones.
