How about a hot deals forum?
I know it seems like almost every site has one now, but with the posters being so active we might get some legit deals posted
The bad thing might be that it attracts non-webmaster types to the forum (that might not be a bad thing actually) who are only looking for hot deals

I think that if there is a "hot deal" that applies to something that is discussed on these forums, it should be posted in the applicable forum. It will be viewed to more potential buyers there, rather than just bargin hunters fishing through a "hot deals" forum.

nice sink.
i hate to disagree, but lets keep these forums focused on what they are meant for... ideas to increase revenue. if you found a great deal you want to share, post it in "shooting the shit". that's what the category is for. others will do the same.
