(Got the idea from domain tasting concept

) I propose a cool concept to increase subscription to the domaining section:

Give people chance who paid for premium membership to taste the new domaining section - maybe for a week - before they decide whether to purchase subscription for it.

It may boost new subscription. Maybe some ppl interested to that area but not sure yet whether to subscribe or not. Naturaly ppl would not hesitate if that section have killer content and add value to their domaining biz. Thanks in advance for any consideration

yup! I personally think more people subscribe to that section = more value to user.
why? because more discussion going there. And I bet ppl who spend money for that kind of thing is not an idiot/total noob,
thus more valuable & interesting discussion from fellow domainer.

The domaining section tasting concept could drive more ppl to subscribe.

Agreed. Though I am giving a personal guarantee for kick-ass content in this section -- and to make sure that each and every question posted by users is answered. This is something Jon will be announcing soon.

Oh yeah, this is just to add your discussion with Jon later:
If in the end you don't want to include this idea with premium section subscription,
then you can always set up a different trial membership

which is best is up to you

I just canceled my $55 subscription due to the members only area was only getting mabey 2 new threads a month and I still wasnt allowed in the domaining area. Should have never joined but jon promised all of these great things and never came through....you think the least he would do is let those that paid for premium and never got what was promised a view at what the domaining section was all about.
I love this forum, but cant stand when someone doesnt follow through with what they promise........tells me alot about who a person is.

Well, I can't say about anything else but what I can say is that we haven't yet opened up the subscription / membership to Domaining Section yet.

thats funny.....cause when I try to look at it it takes me to the subscription page which will allow me to go right on through to paypal and pay for it. Even the man in charge of this section doesnt know whats going on lol...... you think jon is gonna miss out on a dollar? fuckn jew

And just to contribute to the thread - I've been considering membership, so having the ability to peek in on the domaining section would be an awesome plus.

Just for the record, my responsibility is making sure that members of the section get kick-ass content and advice, not the technical things. If someone made the subscription public "before" the formal announcement / official launch then I fail to understand why you are making such a big deal out of it.

The ban comment was more an expression of my distaste for your statements, not necessarily that I consider myself as having weight in the choice of banning.

Your nice little Jew comment is what set me off. Let's just drop it, this thread wasn't made for arguing.

the jew comment wasnt a direct racist comment......lots of people here have said that to jon, not just me. It just fit. That was part of what I meant by being here 3 months......he hasnt been called that in a while. Anyway I am awake now....said what I had to say....and done with the arguing.
