Create a master list of designers - WickedFire - Affiliate Marketing Forum

Hey Jon. Here's my suggestion...

I know there are tons of good designers on this site. Problem is i feel like there are a few that get all the love (myowndemon for example), but many get buried. Now that's not a bad thing...

But, i feel like every now and then i like to switch it up and see what else is out there.

So today i did a search for "designers" on this site and i had to go through TONS of posts to find all sorts of people, and i actually found some really GREAT designers who somehow got buried...

So my suggestion is what if there was a thread where all designers could just post a link to their portfolio or post some samples, and that's it.

One post per designer, no other posts. It could be a running list...

Or maybe even create an icon at the top of the site called "designers" and it could be a page that pulls a list of all the designers randomly from a DB.

To get in the DB you have to have XX amount of posts and have designed a page for someone on WF...

I feel this would help people discover more "hidden" talent on the site and also freshen up their LP's by trying out different designers..

just an idea. Thoughts?

why stop at designers? content writers, link builders, programmers, etc are in high demand also. Great suggestion

May I start?

I'm Jorge Enrique, from Peru, and I've been designing websites for around four years.

I basically use XHTML 1.0 strict and CSS to design, so the code is light and the final websites load fast when browsed. I try to avoid using Flash at all costs, but I can do it.

I have posted a few screenshots on Tedel Designer - a photoset on Flickr and Tedel on deviantART

I am starting my own company now, and planning to quit my job in a few weeks.
