NO! Hell No! Seriously, it's fine where it's at. The people that want to find it...can. Those that are too lazy end up banned for chronic stupidity. It's a great system.

The only benefit of putting it at the top would be to keep the newbies from posting in the other sections because they are too lazy to find their section.

But then again most of the fun of this forum is reading those threads (mostly the responses) so I am not sure which is better.
