Turned on the computer to check some things...I am in Canada most days so don't see my US target ads unless I log in to a remote server in usa (u americans have huge advantage over us by the way ;))....I go to finance.yahoo.com and BANG - my advertise.myspace.com ad is running on finance.yahoo.com! Didn't know this was even allowed! Poor yahoo is trying to find inventory anywhere they can! Myspace just launched new ad program have tons of inventory and yahoo about to go bankrupt can't find advertisers to fill all their spots!

is myspace allowed to do this? Last 3 days my conversion are down...maybe this must be why.

Im drunk as shit but I think I ain't seeing things.

Pretty crazy, I guess the demo targeting gets thrown out the window? Unless your ads don't have a demo set. Last time I checked, Yahoo's shares were around $14 in comparison to Google's ~ $400 -- I'd definitely say they're hurting.

Well when Yahoo! constantly keeps making bad moves and running their business like shit, that will happen. They'll be dead soon.

That's insane. I never knew that the ads would be served other places...

Offtopic:
Google shares @ $400? IF ONLY! Just a few days ago they were at $280ish. Yesterday and today they're up so now it's around $323 (but the market is still open so it could change).

They definitely have some issues and they were complete idiots for not taking Microsofts offer earlier this year but they won't be dying soon. Company is still profitable and has over $3 billion in cash and no debt.

The stock is currently trading around $10 -- the $5-$7 range would be an attractive value buy in point.

Anybody heard anything more about this? Is it just remnant traffic, or something bigger? I've noticed my conversions dropping on MS lately as well, this seems to be a likely reason.

Kind of surprised a bigger deal isn't being made over this...
