Is anyone concerned about the Affiliate Marketing 'Sales Tax' dilemma?

Last month I've heard about the new Sales Tax dilemma that apparently the government had already posed onto affiliate programs such as Amazon and Overstock. Amazon and Overstock have already blocked affiliates from several states including New York. However, Clickbank.com has taken a stand for its affiliates, in meaning it will not take similar actions as Amazon. In my honest opinion I think it will not affect Affiliate Marketing much, it might just be a desperate act of a desperate government trying to take in money from any possible source.

What are your thoughts & feelings on this situation??

remember, that right now it pretty much only affects transactions where a sales tax is levied.

Meaning, not free downloads, free trials, lead gen, etc...
