Eat it with food. If you take it like first thing in the morning on an empty stomach then you're fucked.

This. The ones I take are made by Optimum Nutrition, and as long as you take with a meal you'll be good to go.

Taking them after you get done eating is a bad idea also. Take them just before you eat or no later than half way through your meal for best results IMHO.

seriously doubt that magnesium doesn't help with anything. It helps me to avoid cramps while running around 90 minutes, thats for sure.

no problem with that but fish oil made me snore like a mofo,up to the where my gf couldn't sleep at all.

weird thing is, i read somewhere that shit could actually help with sleep apnae.

I'm curious as to how you determined that Fish Oil was the cause of your snoring.

Did you stop snoring when you stopped taking it?
