I don't like minisites, because they're too small and they require too much work. That's why I designed a product that's the exact opposite.

Imagine owning...

A megasite with 300,000 PAGES of UNIQUE CONTENT right at launch.

Imagine owning...

A site that will AUTOMATICALLY ADD QUALITY CONTENT on an ongoing basis. I say "quality," because I'm referring to content that is relevant and sensible to your site's visitors, not spun articles that come out as garbled gibberish.

Imagine owning...

A site that requires NO TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE in setting up. Forget about script configuration, installation, maintenance; MySQL database set ups, hosting server issues, etc. That's all taken care of!

The product I created is called 300K Page Job Search In-a-Box. It's the only turnkey solution for creating an autoscale, autopilot, value-added mega site. With the Hosted Solution, all you need to do is register the domain name and point it to my servers. Everything is set up. No need to worry about configuring, installing and updating the system. We will take care of all of that from our end -- you don't have anything to do, except sit back and collect!

Here are the PRIMARY BENEFITS to owning a 300K Job Search In-a-Box site:

  • Immediate Monetization. Our jobs data is based off Indeed's API as part of its Publishers program. This means, after you set your Indeed Publisher ID, you can immediately make money from visitors that your site sends to Indeed. One of my first customers made $40+ from Indeed the first week of his site's launch!

  • A Massive Backlink Arsenal. Just like you want to build a subscriber list, it is equally as important to build a backlink arsenal. The reason you want to build a subscriber list is to drive traffic to web properties via email. Similarly, the reason you want to build a backlink arsenal is to drive traffic to web properties via SEO.

  • Perpetually Added Fresh Content. Since new jobs are constantly being posted to Indeed, you site will constantly grow with new content. This means, even if you don't need to touch your site anymore after initial setup, it will continue to grow with new content. This also means, with time, Google will come across more and more fresh content on your site.

I have conducted a LIVE case study where I installed this script and document my results to a minute level of detail. In my live case study, so far, I have achieved the following results:

  • Indexed by Google in 1 day.
  • 1,000+ pages indexed in 1 week.
  • 21,000+ pages indexed in 21 days.
  • Site profitable in its first month.
  • Site reached $100+/month milestone by month 2!
I have just started on month 3. You can follow this live case study yourself here:

Still on the fence?

Fine, here are the SECONDARY BENEFITS to owning a 300K Job Search In-a-Box site:

  • Control Panel. Manage everything online through your control panel. See the the bottom 2 screenshots above.

  • Ad Management. Want to get more aggressive with your monetization? Sure thing. We have a fully integrated ad management system that will allow you to manage text ads driven through direct ad sales.

  • SEO Ready. Your site has already been optimized for on page SEO and long tail search engine traffic.

  • Complete Customizability. This solution is completely customizable. From the start, you will specify the job categories that define your particular job search niche. Through the control panel, you will also be able to modify all the text that appear throughout your job search megasite.

  • CSS Driven. You can modify the look and feel of your site through CSS. There are also a number of prebuilt CSS templates you can freely download and use.

Please reply with questions or PM to get set up! :xomunch:

Thanks.

Reviews available for established members. I'll give you a Hosted Solution set up for 2 months (so you have sufficient time for indexing results). However, this requires a throwaway domain (or a legit one... up to you).

are there duplicate content issues with others users on the network?

any review copies available, I would love to test this

That's a great question. In my opinion, there are so many possible job niches, that the threat of duplicate content is marginal. Plus, not only would you need to have the same exact job categories selected, but also the same text. Most of the text around the page is all custom inputted by the user. Here's an example of the text the user can customize his site w/ on the results pages:

I liken the risk of saturation w/ niche job search sites to that of niche blogs.

How is it unique content when the content is out there already and everyone is ordering the same thing now?

Great question. The content is unique, because customers both define their own niche (by explicitly specifying 3 job categories, instead of a high-level vertical) and customize the site with their own text. This diagram illustrates how much customization in text can go into the results pages:
http://themanwhosoldtheweb.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2011/05/refdiagzip.gif

To your point, there will be many of the same job listings that appear in the search results across multiple sites that focus on similar niches. However, the context around the search results + mix of results should be different.

Looking for more reviewers!

So, I've set up accounts for those who had requested review copies, but haven't heard back yet... anyone else interested in a review copy?

Feel free to reply or send a PM. Thanks.

ill take a review copy, what are you offering as a review for someone who wants to self host it?
