Any amount of keywords can be used as long as they can all be matched up with all of the urls used.

I would recommend pointing this directly at the site but you can always use a few buffer pages if you'd like.

3k first tier, 12k second tier, 5k third tier.

At least 20k unique total urls. 15k profiles and 5k posts.

made an order of 10 packs
got all of them within 48 hours

made a random check in a day after delivery time
I see that most of links are live and most of them with anchor texts (even the keywords with special characters)
The 2nd and 3rd Tier link have also anchor texts

in total, I'm satisfied with the service
will post if there are some changes in positions or traffic

Update:
Clarification - I actually gave you rankings for the root of the domain that was also ranking for the keywords that I targeted. So I'll update this on the root of the domain and for the actual url that I targeted since I saw changes in both areas.

For the root domain updates:
Kw#1: pos. 16 increased to pos. #5
Kw#2: pos. 29 increased to pos. #22
Kw#3: pos. 31 increased to pos. #27

Now for the actual url targeted:
Kw#1 NIT 1000 pages increased to pos. 517
Kw#2 NIT 1000 pages (no change in ranking there)
Kw #3 NIT 1000 pages (no change in ranking there)

Ultimately I still saw the increase on the root of the domain and while I can't see where the actual URL is at the moment I would imagine having used his services before that it's pretty close to getting there. Typically you always see increases with Scott's services so I still give this service 4/5. For the money the SERP gains are great !
