Hope your day improves from here.

Its 12:11 AM and having a good day so far.

I think if we stop talking about this and you stop being flippant about a customer getting FUCKED IN THE ASS we will be cool. I don't want anything more about my business in your threads.

I’ve been working with Adam for a few months now. My niche is a bitch, a very bad one, so it’s been a tough battle. So tough that at the certain point I was afraid he will give up. He didn’t. It seems that Adam is one of those rare people who are motivated by challenge and never stop learning. Ease of communication, willingness to find creative solutions and friendly attitude are things that matter a lot, apart professionalism, which is evidently present here too.

Lyrics aside, and to the results. The promised ranking was achieved, though it took a little longer. This wasn’t his fault, but dirty play of my competitors – remember, this is not a “plumber in my village” sort of listing. I’m saying this to actually emphasize that even for a very competitive niche with sneaky competitors he won.

I subscribed for the monthly maintenance plan - I believe it is very important for the niches as hard as mine. Lots of bad things can happen to your places listing AFTER its ranked, so you need someone keeping an eye on it and promptly resolving all the issues. Here, just like with organic seo you can not just leave it there alone once ranked.

Local seo is a mess and personally I stick with organic, I wholeheartedly hate G places and all things related to it. I admire Adam’s determination to go through the debris of local algo to the straight path of nr 1 rankings.

You can just relax, sit back and enjoy results if your niche is easy, for more competitive once be prepared for some challenges on the way – this is apriori understandable I’d like to assume. But overall, teaming up with Adam is a winning combination.

I can sincerely recommend his services. For the amount of work he is doing its still underpriced. One can do a good resell biz with him with current pricing. I plan to do that too.

In brief, if you need local seo services, look no further!

i'm willing to give it a shot but i'd also be trusting my clients to you -whatever has happened w/ you and DA, has it been rectified?

Thanks Siri! Looking forward to these new orders.

orders still coming in strong - in case someone missed the email I sent, we have added 1 day to our delivery time as we spend some time working on our processes and making sure everything goes out w/ zero errors.

We appreciate your patience.

Just received my package report from Adam for a stimulus.

Overall: The work was done as described. They created the business directories, maps, backlniks, photo tags, social profiles all as they said they would, however...

There's a couple quirks I have...

I was sent an email about duplicate content being bad, and that I should claim the other two listings that are for my client, and delete them so they're gone. That's understandable, but when they created the social profiles, they created a facebook, although my client already has a facebook, which means that they didn't check if one existed. It seems to me this would qualify as duplicate content, and now I have to go delete that facebook profile and make another social profile.

The other problem I have is that ALL the backlinks were directed at the SAME citation. To me that seems rather ridiculous - considering there is 25 backlinks and 25 citations, it seems they should have been spread across all of them.

Other than that the work was completed as described, but those two things kind of bother me. It would be a pain for me to go in and have to fix all the links, so if Adam wants to fix it, I'd be more than thrilled. If not, I guess I gotta fire up DFB and pump links their way.

Overall: 8.5/10, would have been perfect if not for those two things.

Review:

Local Business Directories - 4/5 Good. I see consistant Company name, address and phone number, which are incredibly important. I see the actual website was used for some, and a google url shorter URL leading to the Google local profile for others. I was not quite expecting that, as I figured the Google profile interlinking meant using another field for that link.

Profile Backlinks - 2/5 Bad. The anchors were exactly the same despite my report stating they were different. I'm seeing Russian sites, Porn sites, etc linking DIRECTLY to my client site. Thankfully only a small handful of "bad" profiles were actually built so I really doubt it will hurt the site. I would recommomend requesting to NOT have OP build the profile backlinks at all, or at the very least not have them link directly to the money site.

Reviews - 4/5 Good. They are still dripping, but most are done. All the reviews look realistic and checking each profile care was taken so that only local places were reviewed, making each profile look like a real user. Not saying they are perfect, but I think the service was done well.

My Maps - 3/5 Decent. I'm no expert on Google "my maps" but what I'm seeing here by the OP is 5 profiles EXACTLY the same. The only different across each is a different username. I'm no expert, but I would think ideally they would look somewhat different as to make them look natural.

Geotags - 4/5 Good. I'm seeing what looks like 2 unique photos used on 5 different geotag pages (flikr, picasa, etc) with the correct information. Again not an expert in this area but it looks good from what I can tell.

Social Profiles - 4/5 Good. I'm seeing the correct information used to create social profiles. THe only issue I have here is if you see a social profile already created, please do not create a duplicate. Facebook is a pretty popular platform - not sure why you wouldn't check before creating another page.

Bottom line 4/5. 90% of the work looks fantastic. I have issue with the profile link quality/target/anchors and creating a duplicate facebook page.

I will be happy to update the thread with ranking improvements I see. I signed up for a local rank checker to moniter progress. I received my report from the OP on 7/14 so the following report was run on 7/18 and can be used to set an accurate baseline. The report also has history so you can see how the organic was before/after OP's services as well:

Yes - having multiple Google Places profiles for the same address and/or phone is a local SEOs best way to shoot himself in the head. Re the Fb page, w/out a doubt we will have to find a solution to make sure this does not happen. At the volume that we do, it would be pretty tough for us to investigate which social profiles, citations etc you have existing...so we will have to figure out something in the interim...starting w. just asking. Great critique!

The other problem I have is that ALL the backlinks were directed at the SAME citation. To me that seems rather ridiculous - considering there is 25 backlinks and 25 citations, it seems they should have been spread across all of them.

Certainly not intentional - we will be revisiting the backlink process as it is flawed on a couple accounts. Ping me Branden so we can get that sorted for you asap.[/QUOTE]

Citations to the Places page is very much standard, and depicted in the diagram. However, we have begun to send a few back to the website as some tests have shown too many links to the GP page can put it in temporary paralysis. Just doing are best to keep it fresh and well aligned with what works.

UGLY. We've put a pause on backlinks until we not only clean our sites, but also ensure that they stick. Potentially we may remove them entirely as we have never seen anything too tremendous from them in terms of ranking. Thanks man!

It's tough...sometimes these things are so subjective. It is even made worse when you already know they are fake.

My Maps - 3/5 Decent. I'm no expert on Google "my maps" but what I'm seeing here by the OP is 5 profiles EXACTLY the same. The only different across each is a different username. I'm no expert, but I would think ideally they would look somewhat different as to make them look natural.

Just what we've always done, and what has worked. We've started anchoring back to the places page recently and will be investigating changing up the content for each.

Social Profiles - 4/5 Good. I'm seeing the correct information used to create social profiles. THe only issue I have here is if you see a social profile already created, please do not create a duplicate. Couldn't agree more - we will have to add a process of some sort to eliminate said duplication.

Thank you very much for your time & for testing out our product. Looking forward to hearing how it works out for you.

Guys, even for non local sites (like ecommerce) this service kicks ass. Even national sites need to shore up the fact that they are a real business. Real businesses have a local presence, and local links. See SEOMOZ's post from yesterday, they discuss it.

Anyway, I had Adam work on my ecommerce site a few weeks ago. I've done other link building too but i have major sitewide ranking improvements, i see the places he listed my site in showing up in the SERPS not just in the yahoo index. I've got phone calls from the sites he put me in asking to confirm stuff.

They're really on top of it. worth every penny
