Okay, so what am I selling?
You will get a blogroll link placed on a PR 5 website which is in the niche of Finance/Real Estate. I think any niche links can be placed here because it is such a cheap price anyway. $6.99 for a PR 5? I have seen others sell theirs here for $50+. I see no point in that so that I why I am giving it out cheaply.
Is the PR valid? Of course it is. I hate people who sell fake shit as much as you do. The website's PR is 5, and that is legit. In its last update, it stayed the same which indicates that this is a solid PR 5.
I will give you a permanent, life time link on the website for just $6.99.
1) Website is in valid .info extension
2) Registered for more than a year
3) Indexed pages in Google
4) Price is seriously cheap, so you cannot resist!

PM or comment for the URL. I understand people also give review copies but when it comes to selling blogroll links, I don't think I can give reviews - simply because the price is too cheap that anyone can afford this.
