Disappointed in EWA's AMs

I was gonna do a post about this today. looks like I aint the only one who has problems with their AM. I think these guys are just Ryans friends. I don't know if he pays them to do nothing or they just do nothing because they know they can get away with it. Last AM never responded to IM's, I would send emails and rarely get a response. Sometimes I would get a response email 1 week later. Seriously what is so important that you have your AM's doing that they cant even respond to IM's or Emails? EWA is a cool network and I love how you guys handle yourselves with the email guides and all the other updates via email, but just when you think your 1 step ahead. You take 2 steps back with your shitty AM's.

Hire some real AM's and not your friends. From what I'm seeing Chad is the only AM worth keeping. Everyone else there can suck a dick.

I can't speak for all the AM's so my post was a bit misguided. But yeah my AM doesn't give a shit about helping me, even if I showed him I was doing $10k/day+ which is a bit frightening, cause other networks are on my nuts for bringing $1k+/day.

Chad kinda cooled me down, and yes he is a very good AM.
 


now since this topic is being discussed, lemme also chime in. Chad is the only AM worth at EWA. One annoying thing i always see is that they send emails about promoting some Top offer but if you contact your AM about running the offers, its already private and capped.

If its so private and already capped why the hell you guys send an email? Keep it private or send to your Top affs.

+ if you request a offer which required approval then you just need to take a long vacation becoz on average it takes atleast 1 month for someone to look at those request and actually approve it/reject it. It took them 2 months to approve me on creditreport and by then i already ran $XXXXX somewhere else.
 
That's odd, i'm not running big numbers with ewa, but all my emails have been answered in less than 8 hours, so no complaint here
 
My am is Victor and whenever i ask him a question he answers immediately,he is on vacation and i hit Jared up and he not only answered my question immediately but also sent required emails to those who concern.I even mailed to Ryan Eagle himself since i want his own personal opinion on a particular traffic source and i got my email answered in 2 hours,maybe it's just me but they always treat like a family and i'm lovin' it.
 
hey, here's an idea, when someone builds their whole business on a childish reputation and a sketched image of his fourteen-year-old-self holding a stack of twenties and a pimp ring... and for some reason this whole community buys into it like, "oh man, he must be such a baller, he learned how to be a prick before he hit puberty"...

at the end of the day, please don't waste precious bytes on the interweb bitching about the predictably low quality of this clown's network. you are all like a pack of naked homophobes fucking each other in the ass in the dark, suddenly surprised and embarrassed when a bright flash of light exposes this to be one of the gayest elephantwalks ever.

Hey, sorry I missed this until so late. Not every account manager works with everyone - I'll gladly switch you into someone that will actually care. Just shoot me an email (ryan@eaglewebassets.com) and I'll resolve it immediately.

I don't know which account manager you have, but two of them are out on vacation and we've been doing some restructuring lately. It's embarrassing for me for things like this to arise and I take it very seriously. I put my life into making EWA what it is and my account managers are direct representatives of me, so when they fail - I fail.
