Thanks for giving me the review copy first of all OP. I have to say these links are pretty good considering the price is kinda cheap. I was expecting some really shit quality links but no, this service overrided my expectations. It in fact managed to rank a few keywords of mine too.
Speed: I really cannot remember but it was around 3 days or so and I must say, for the type of service he is offering that T/A time is blazing fast.
Quality: For this price, you aren't going to get the best but you are certainly getting what you pay for and more. Nothing can go wrong with this service. The quality is good and you get what you are going to get - no bullshit or hassle. All this properties for this price is a pretty good deal, but I advice you give him tons of keywords and not just 1.
I also managed to rank a website from NA to around 100 and another keyword from NA to 38. This is pretty good considering the competition was low-medium and I am impressed ultimately. Thanks OP.
Communication: Not a problem, went through everything via PM. No hassle here.
Pros:
1) Great package and at a terrific incredible cheap price. You simply cannot resist to test this out. Go ahead and order and see for yourself.
2) Great anchor diversity. Give him 200 keywords and he should handle it like a mothafucking boss. Great habit and he is offering and adding an unique value to his service which is great.
3) Easy to understand report and very simple.
4) Received some good SERP results so this worked for me, especially at these times after Penguin.
Cons:
1) The articles used were not really relevant to my keyword but they were similar to the niche it was in. For example, BMW X7 - article was written about cars in general.
2) Only about 2-3 links were not found when I manually checked around 30. But OP over delivered so this amount did not effect me on the whole.
Great service overall, and would I buy again? Definitely YES.
