I'm afraid to advertise shit on Facebook Flyers now after reading the long ass thread about it. But I have some affiliate stuff I wanna advertise. Are they not allowing ANY affiliate stuff at all? Like not even to a content site with ads on it? Are they *that* strict at this point?

WTF Facebook. You got me f33rin'.

Maybe you can test it and let us all know how it turns out..:D

I tried so much different crap that I got sick of making new accounts after they banned me like 5 times.

I haven't bothered trying with them yet, but it seems like they launched a PPC program yet don't want most of the sites advertised. I really have to question why they launched it if they don't want the type of advertisement people will actually pay for. Nobody really knows what it is they want. Their extremely poor Terms of Service doesn't help.

Put up an ad that looks legit. They hate free offers, whether they're legit or require 20 offers to be completed first. So anything but free offers, pretty much.

Their terms say nothing about flyers, for the most part - the terms were created well before PPC flyers were available.

I got roasted for promoting a seduction/dating ebook.

I posted a flyer just advertising my blog...No affiliate stuff what-so-ever and I was banned.

I still run ads fine, never was banned once, but hey I can't make shit off it so maybe that/s why. I've run flyers off and on for months now.

To the ones that are getting insta-banned, are you using the same personal info? Try setting up an account without leaving any footprints, if you are then that's how you are getting banned.

I was actually able to get this email which expands on the TOS slightly.

We have reactivated your account and we are giving you a second
chance to use our advertising system. Your account was disabled
because you had too many ads that were violating our Terms of
Service or Advertising Guidelines. All of your ads have been stopped
and should not be run again on the site under any circumstances.
Please do not run any advertising such as the ads you have
previously ran on the site. Please review our Terms and Guidelines if
you have further questions.

We reserve the right to determine what advertising we accept. We
may choose to not accept ads containing or relating to certain
products or services. We do not currently accept advertising

facilitating or promoting the following:
•Liquor, beer, wine
•Tobacco products
•Ammunition or firearms
•Gambling (poker, online casino, sports books)
•Ringtones
•Smiley downloads
•Scams, illegal activity and/or illegal contests, pyramid
schemes, or chain letters
•Uncertified pharmaceutical products
•Adult friend finders or dating sites with a sexual emphasis
•Web cams or surveillance equipment

Thanks for your understanding,

BUT.....I then ran an education offer and that got banned, though not insta-banned like others I've tried. So still pretty unhelpful even when they email you a list, but at least it gives you some more stuff NOT to try. Now just need to know what I CAN do.
