Review time:
I contacted Grim111 a few weeks back to check out his inventory of high PR domains. He quickly sent me a pretty lengthy list of niche relevant sites. All of the sites had good PA/DA as well as PR.

None of the domains were spammed. Rather, since once upon a time they belonged to real companies, they had natural backlink profiles, which is rare for rented links on Wicked Fire.

Each domain has a unique theme and you could tell Grim111 took the time to rebuild the content that once existed on the domain.

My links were placed in a VERY natural way. So natural that I am sure these links would pass manual review.

Now here is the important part: the keyword I targeted went from 8 to 2 and a bunch of keywords on inner pages on the same domain even took some pretty big jumps up the SERPs. No other link building was done during this period. So I can say these improvements were primarily the result of Grim111's links.

I have since purchased additional links and plan to purchase more in the future.

These links are highly recommended.

Then i checked carrefully these sites thei have many links and have a good PA , DA. Then all sites are aged ...

OP: Instant and prompte communication - he sent me alls sites with all PR/PA/ DA, ages of site and these inofs are exactely what i see in tool. Link are added instanslly in sidewide.

For now, not yet for SERP to soon , link just added yesterday but i wil be back if i notice any movement of KW

I may of got lucky, but the OP sent me a list of sites in my broad niche up to PR4, one of these sites was a near exact match for what I wanted, and the link placement fits the site perfectly. So I got a PR3 homepage link with very little OBL on a nice 12 year old site that looks perfectly natural with my commercial keyword phrase.

Purchased a link today. Great quality for the price. OBL are fairly low. Your link will be inserted into the existing content with possibly a couple modifications. The PR is on point, and I was even offered a .org link. For the price this is a good investment. I'm just waiting to see how the target page responds.

Could you please clarify? Are the charges annual for home page but one-time for inner pages etc? If so then what's the PR of the inner page(s)?

No, HP charges based on site's PR. For inner pages also based on PR.

"If so then what's the PR of the inner page(s)?"
The PR of inner pages is 1-6
