Just got the CX newsletter with the Married But Lonely dating offer. Is this for real? Are they really promoting a site designed to help people cheat on their spouses?

Of all the ways to make money, this has got to be one of the lowest i've even seen. I'm honestly thinking of not using CX because of this offer. I mean there has to be SOME kind of moral grounding. Don't people think about the families they will be ruining? The kids, the divorces, all that stuff??

This one just totally shocked me...

Love the description:

"Married But Lonely is the hottest new dating site for married but adventurous people. This service allows all users a 1 Day free pass to chat and meet with real people for discreet hookups."

Nice sugarcoating. Why not just say "Help people cheat on their spouses".

I've seen television ads for Ashley Madison when I was watching "Cheaters". The commercial was pretty funny actually.
 
No. There's no morals in advertising. Basically whatever sells.

Kinda like reality tv.
 
It's not your fault people cheat on each other. I mean with or without this offer it'll still happen, hell make your cheese off it. I see where your coming from, but it's just another niche.
 
Funny thing is, the guy that started AshleyMadison.com is actually a happily married guy that supposedly doesn't cheat on his wife. Here's one of the billboards they have in LA:

People that are gonna cheat on their spouse won't be influenced either way by a hookup service. This just capitalizes on the sleazyness and moral decay that is already in place in our society.

It's really up to the indvidual to check their own moral compass and answer the question "do I support this type of behavior?". If you really care and the idea bothers you, don't do it. If you don't care, go make a buck.

I no understand some people here. This cheating on spouse offer is direct and honest offer. It not try to rip people off like diet offer with hidden fine print and hard to reach customer service.

People pay for a cheating on spouse service and they get cheating on spouse service. They know how much it cost when they pay. There no fine print which subscribe them every month to somthing like how to cheat on spouse books and automatically charge credit card at ridiculous prices.
