I was going threw some offer and found a few i liked so i went a headed and tested them and nothing so i kept testing and nothing and this went on for a little bit till i said fuck it

your best bet is throw some real traffic at the offers. There are few email/zip submit advertisers who scrub like no tomorrow but I'm sure if you throw some money and real traffic at these offers and test properly for few days, you'll find 1 or 2 offers that convert at > 30%.
