With several negative reviews floating around for so many networks, I thought I would share my recent positive experience with Azoogle.

I have been with them since 3 months and currently doing 5 figure volume (per month) with them. So I am not a big player by any means but I did receive excellent service.

On Monday of this week, I suddenly saw a dramatic fall in the number of leads. By the time I realized it, it was way past Azoogle's office hours. So I emailed my AM, Jovan Caputo, about the problem. I was not expecting any reply until next day but was pleasantly surprised to receive a reply within an hour or so telling me that he would look into the problem first thing in the morning.

Sure enogh, at 8:30 AM next morning, I got a phone-call from him telling me that their technical team was looking into the problem and I will be getting all the credits for lost sales. By Tuesday afternoon, all the credits were posted on my account and the problem was fixed.

So a big thumbs up to Azoogle Team and especially to my AM Jovan Caputo (I can't recommend him enough).

As far as I am concerned, I will be doing all my future business with them as long as they carry the offers I am interested in. To me this kind of service is so much more important than anything else.

While I am at it, I would also like to say that their tracking system has been flawless to me so far and never seen any broken links or downtime. Also, they are the only networks that I know of who have an API for their tracking software.

I did a lot of business with Azoogle last year and I had the same experience. Great customer service and a supportive AM team. I've met Jovan, I'll give a shout out to my AM Ryan Sessler, solid dude.

-Rep to Azoogle.

This past week I got a email from my new am saying that the accounting department paid me twice on accident and wanted me to give them money back (low x,xxx). After checking my account and the dates they gave me I told them I had nothing posted and to check again. I wan then told that this double payment was from Feb of 2008! They just caught a issue from well over a year ago and are asking for the money now. I still have no record of the payments on the dates they gave and think they have the wrong publisher still.

But WTF who asks for cash back from a accounting mistake on their part from over a year ago? That money, if it was sent to me was spent and taxes paid on it. Most retarded thing I have ever heard of.

Azoogle is pretty decent for the most part. My AM there (Jon Olsen) is the shit.

That is pretty fucking gay.

BeerNuts, thanks for your understanding. Our accounting team is top notch, seems like someone was having an off day one day :)

Fuck yeah, Azoogle are the bomb. I can proudly say Jon Olsen is an asset to my business. He is truly on top of his game and one of the best AMs I've had.

Always throwing ideas at me as well as tips to help keep the volume high.

If your gonna join Azoogle, or you can't say your current AM is an asset to your business get Jon with Azoogle - you'll see what i mean.

+20 for Mirman

Top notch AM.

And for the record, in the very few times an advertiser I ran on Azoogle didn't pay the bill, Azoogle either paid 50% or more of the owed revenue or all 100% of it. And we're talking in the thousands of dollars. Quite unlike that chopshop of a network Hydra.

I've only had bad experiences with Azoogle. That was a couple years ago though so maybe a lot has changed since but I'll still never send traffic their way again.
