you need to get white listed to do certain rebill niches. And if you had to ask that question you are prob not doing enough traffic with them to white list you.
 
its all about what image you use.. just keep changing the image aka ( i mean if your using any type of image or pics in your ad that tends to be a key factor more than any text you have unless using the name of a celebrity or any thing related to twitter etc.
 
Make sure you have the url of the site in your image, they automatically disprove anything that doesn't.
 
Try different times too. I've had some iffy ads approved on Friday nights that would be denied if tried any other times.
 
From what I understand you need the domain name on the image, Results May Vary and if you mention a free trial then an asterisk and * Free + S/H.

Should contact them for the exact compliance rules.
 
I just got a weird denial reason:

Other - At this time we are not accepting ads of this type until further notice. Please check back for further notice.

Never even heard of this. Anyone know what it means?

They don't let you do any dating ads unless you're homies with them.
