NEW Facebook Ads

i just started having trouble getting clicks/imps today. anyone else having trouble with impressions/clicks today?

No changes in conversion rates here, thats not affecting my ROI.

Its just some things you promote only become profitable when your paying 8-11 cents a click..not 20-25

Haven't noticed any conversion rate issues but these bids are still fucking insane. Are there people out there actually paying $1/click on shitty facebook traffic?
Yes I'm in the 0.8-0.9$ range for most of my campaigns.

Exact same issues on my end. consisten camp now only getting half the traffic at the same bids. Suggested totally jacked up since just before start of October and havn't changed. Traffic is horrible and convrsion ratehas dropped 3 to 5%. I was told no issue on our end but that people might be giving poor feedback "don't like" and/or big buys are still happening... No way it's the user feedback so must be big buys... Or smethings jacked

i just started messing with FB, and i had a profitable campaign and worked the volume up to $100/day spend at really good roi. But then the impressions kept dropping(im doing cpm) every day and now im only able to spend $20/day, wiht the same campaign. Im getting great ctr's at around 1%-.5%
Im pretty new to FB, so i thought it might be normal for the traffic to die out.

But maybe its the jacked up bids, or the brand advertisers.

It's the jacked up bids. And if people think its the 'branders' who hopped on board jacking the bids up their crazy.

Seriously bids don't triple overnight because of "branders". My guess is facebook just tweaked their suggested bid calculator to make up insanely high numbers to see how many idiots they can get to bid insane prices.

haven't been bidding on fb for a couple weeks, since when did women 35+ in the U.S. start at $.80+? this is ridiculous.

international bids doubled as well since I last did them.

there is nice money to be made with 80 cent FB clicks for F 35+ with the right offers. i know one advertiser started throwing insane money at that specific demo and assume others are as well.

yeah its not an account thing. i haven't used my account for over a year and back then it was squeaky clean. suggested uk bid today male 25-28 $1.06.
most other popular broad demos in US .8-.9+

u dont know jack shit

Spoken like a true GUESS. How about taking a look at facts instead of guessing-

A) how many adboards on multiple accounts have you seen in the last week?
B) And if you have seen lets say, over 100 various demo/acct adboards, um, how many ads on those adboard are lets say, affiliate marketing ads, vs local advertiser, brand advertiser, product advertiser, and basically principals?
C) If you think the winner for the majority of ads is am'ers....YOURE crazy.

Advertisers are coming into the online space like never before. And its not just on facebook. Go to yahoo and ask them about remnant space. There is hardly any. Ask them if the rates are going up or down. Its UP. Look at search rates and see if they are trending down..theyre not...
Advertisers want MEASUREABLE results..the kind of results OFFLINE media have a hard time providing. Online advertising provides strict measurement and stats.
You better start optimizing the shit outta your campaigns, cuz big money is coming in...and they dont want 50-100% roi. Theyre more than happy to BREAK EVEN.

Oh yeah- what time of year is it people? Its the HOLIDAY SEASON. No one wants to advertise NOW, do they...

Please go into a corner and shut the fuck up.

Yeah guys come on obviously every single local marketing company decided on October 1st across about half a dozen countries in all demos to start their campaigns at double the suggested prices.
