Why a "super affiliate" would become an AM

^^ Riley Pool is how I found my first successful affiliate campaign. He made some blog post about how he couldn't get this campaign "Sportsviews" to work and I thought hmm what if I did this instead maybe it would work. I did and it worked great and made me my first affiliate profit monies.

So thanks Riley Pool, you got an affiliate started you never even knew about with a post about a campaign that failed for you.

Hello friend,

I think to be super affiliate have for make over $1 million revenue year.

Good luck bro

Here is my short response...

1) People stole my landing pages, ideas, etc.
2) Decided it'd be smarter to give away some of the stuff I do to people in my network so I can, inturn, make a small revshare off of it.

There were a lot of reasons for starting a network. I know for a fact that my account managers are solid performing affiliates as they also manage some of my campaigns internally.

The real question: is dullspace real?

Hey DirSP,

1st, your in Van? Where at? Im from Burnaby!

2. I am saying to me a "super affiliate" is a person who has over say 10 or 20+ affiliates under them that generate XXX amount of sales each per month... On top of that they do their own sales..

I agree the "term" doesn't really specify what it could mean. There are definitely "super" affiliates out there if you were to compare them to the average one. I don't care if you call them "Super affiliates, big affiliates, monster affiliates" whatever.

Are you saying John Chow is a super affiliate?

I did pretty well as an affiliate (1/2 mill) by the time I joined a network to be an AM. Most guys going that route may have done it same reason as me: potential to learn, network, and possibly make even more money training guys.

From my experience it was a waste of time, and would have been better off focusing on scaling my business instead.

Yey WF. Saving this thread just incase :)
