I recently opened a new account for a new product and out of the blue Google contacted me and asked me if I would like to have a dedicated account rep.
I'm still a little shocked.
For those of you with account reps, have you found them useful in managing campaigns, etc?
I am so used to NEVER getting any customer service help from Google that now that I have it I have no idea how I should use it.
For instance, should I think of my account rep as someone to help me if there is a problem down the road, or should I look at them as someone whose advise I should take regarding setting up and running the campaign?
Any personal experiences much appreciated.
