Really? must depend on account history maybe. I did get one those emails warning me about my ads and saying my limit is being cut - in 4 accounts. But as soon as I hit $500 - actually running ads that are now against TOS - they raised me again and then again a few days later..

Similar thing happened here. I setup an account for an non affiliate business and ran ads for a couple of days, hit daily limit twice and got upped to 2k overnight. Slang some dating shit, made money, then facebook went retarded on affiliates. Haven't ran anything on fb since march.
 
Anyone else got problems with Ads Manager not posting? It seems to get to the country (or language if I select one), type it in and then just leave the cursor there and blink. Then after a minute or so it throws an error at me...

'TypeError: e[0] is undefined'
 
So is anyone noticing the proposed FB changes yet?

CPM ads getting less clicks?

I was running 50/50 CPM/CPC, and so far I'm noticing far lower CTR on my CPM ads and low volume on my CPC ads unless I bid really high. Even with ads that have .15 CTR+
 
i got my spend up after hitting 500 3 times in a row but facebook has been so hard to make work lately ive been finding better success elsewhere.

All you have to do is look. I don't feel like talking about verticals because I'd rather not add more competition to the people already in those verticals.

Adwords CPC is like FB CPC, its all about ctr and competition (read: it varies).

CTR is shot to hell. I can't even get .1 or better now on CPM.

Are my dating ads only showing on homosexual app pages??

But thats what I was talking about. I ALSO was capped from 30k down to $500 on that same day and got that same email (and from 2-5k in other accounts).

But my cap was lifted as soon as I hit $500 and its now up $2000. I know others have also already had their caps lifted. If he was now hitting $500 all the time he should have been raised also, although it seems that has not been the case for some.

So there seems to be further account quality scoring in effect or something.

Facebook Limits Landing Tabs To “Authenticated Pages”

Facebook recently made a change requiring that Pages be authenticated before enabling the ability to set a landing tab beyond Wall or Info. To be eligible for authentication, a Page must have greater than 10k fans or the Page admin must work with their ads account manager...

for advertisers who don’t have a representative or 10k fans, and want to run ads and land users on a specific tab, you can still do so with standard Facebook ads by making their Destination URL as the URL incl. your tab. Unfortunately, this currently will not work with “Fan” ads.
