    Just made a new domain

    I bought my domain from godaddy and got hosting from hostgator. I installed wordpress, but when I visit my domain, it is a GoDaddy parking page. This is the first website I have ever started, so I am pretty clueless on what to do. Can anyone offer me some advice?

    Question about backlinks

    I plan on doing many the backlinks to my site manually, without any tools and programs. However, I'm not sure on the effectiveness of this stragey. Is it bad if many backlinks are posted from my IP address? And if so, should I use a proxy? P.S. I am newbie to IM :D
