Out of curiosity... Where do IPs come from? When I buy them bulk, where do the providers get them from, at what cost, etc...?

So I have an account at Bluehost and will be setting up a bunch of sites on different domains under one hosting account. If the domains are parked at Godaddy and directed to Bluehost via the A-record where they are add-on domains to the account, does G label this as a subdomain of my primary...

So, when I upload watermarked videos and slideshows I'm getting this copyright warning about half the time... "Matched third party content". I guess they are able to scan the content and match it... Any way around this? Anyone else having trouble with this?
