Some of them aren't going to show up with the anchor text you've used. Personally I think it's a waste to continuously check whether or not your links have anchor text or not. I use YSE to see how many backlinks I have (and the only reason I check often is because of link velocity).
Like the poster above me said, you're better off going and building another 50 backlinks. Also, sometimes it's good that the anchor text isn't showing up, it makes it look more natural to Google.
Remember to use multiple anchors just so things look natural to Google. I aim for 30-40% anchor's for the keyword I'm aiming to rank for.
