Im new to affiliate marketing but I'm well versed in HTML. I've noticed that the sites that have the most gravity on CB usually end in a .PHP extension as opposed to a .HTML. Is there a reason for it? Is there better tracking? Could you more easily install popunders, or popups when they close...
