Yeah, I think this is my signal to move onto other PPC services like Yahoo...

Getting kinda ridicilous. Btw, there's 0 ads on this keyword (surprised?)..

Google is picking like left, right, left, right.. which foot I would shoot myself to?

yahoo/msn will still give you some decent results. Googles competitors are sleeping with google -_-.

Just saw that for one of my keywords. I think its from the new QS system. Same as the old $10.00 bids.

The keyword i had was a phrase match for the word "bans"

which is a dumb thing for me to bid on anyways since people search about people banning stuff all day long. I was just doing it to see what happened. My exact match for the word is fine though...

My comment about ads appearing on the keyword regardless of the price was based on micfire's observation that there were no competitors' ads running on that keyword. If this was "mesothelioma lawyer" or another one of those keywords where bids legitimately are $100 then what I said before wouldn't be applicable.

Man. this is fucking with my head..I think I won't fuck with the Goog anymore. This is just nutz..so tomorrow the fucking keywords could possibly cost me $5 This is BS

How? i'm not doubting you but how?

unless theres no competiton, what am i missing?

Oh you could be missing a lot, like the most common mistake is having more then 10 keywords per adgroup, try using the keyword for the adgroup name, then using broad, phrase, and exact match for the keyword, if your account is limited to 200 adgroups and you have thousands of keywords break them up into categories and use seperate campaigns so campaign A could be socks and campaign B could be shoes, and C could be feet, ect...

Now you can have 800 keywords, and so on and so forth, then make sure your split testing all of those ads and then make sure your keywords are relevent to the content on your landing page, dont use the same landing page for everything switch it up to accomidate the user experince.

And then........
and then.......
and then....
and then..
and then.

It goes on forever because Google actually loves you enough to force you to learn a ton of shit, which increases your knowledge, your reading ability, your technical savy, your problem solving skills, what you want for breakfeast in the morning ect.... that list also goes on and on.
