While this is true . . . he stated numerous times that he would provide a refund if he was unable to complete the task.
He never really made the nature of the article a point of contention.

If one provides a service in a specific time frame then it should be held accountable on that basis . . . if one feels there is going to be a problem providing that service within the given timeframe, or if one recognizes early on that he/she cannot provide the service, and then proper communication should take place to prevent confusion.

In stark contrast to the above common sense approach, he kept stating that if he didn't provide the service he would give a refund. . . . Hence it’s what I expected. :music07:

No offence jessi but if you don't accept certain types of stories, then say it before people make orders. One thing I really hate in this world is that people back out on deals.

Now I'm not saying that you did something wrong, I didn't even bother to read the first post, I just read your reply where you told you like Obama etc.
 
Well my liking to obama has no matters, but the world does surely do. And It's impossible for organic digg privder to get diggs to a story which is lame and has no base to gets diggs.
 
Well, if you offer organic diggs, then maybe you should think about that before? I mean that if my story was really cool, I think I could get the diggs myself too.
 
Jessi, this is a lot more simple than it seams, if you say you will do something for a price and you get paid there is the deal, if in between you fall into gay loving with Obama it is your problem.

I read this and I see Jessi trying to distract the attention off this topic.

The point here Jessi is that you are about to turn into a scammer if one of two things don't happen, so here the way I see:

#1-. Refund or #2-. provide what you sale to the WF community.

Your reputation is on the line. WF members are loyal and don't drive work base on emotional feeling about a topic, if you like obama talk to Larry Sinclair for an appointment.
 
Can't you guys understand? Americans like Obama, and Digg is a site full of Americans! Getting diggs stories making fun of Obama which do not have hard base in an organic way is too difficult. I still delivered there in all around 130 Diggs.
 
Dude stop with the "everyone loves obama" excuse. It won't get you anywhere. If I pay for 100 diggs for a goddamn sea lion sex article, I damn well expect those diggs.

The deal was to get 100 organic diggs, and judging from the links you posted, that condition was not satisfied. You did get 129 across three articles, which does show that you made a good-faith effort, but the job was not completed as promised.

Plaster a smile on your face, take the loss, and add some conditions to the jobs you accept to prevent this from happening again. This is business and you will take losses from time to time. $40 for a lesson on terms & conditions is a cheap lesson to learn.
 
Ok, I can understand where priyesu or w/e is coming from here. Digg accounts that are used for this type of shit are normally targetted at a specific group. Like you make a digg account specifically targetted to stoners. Or to dems. Or republicans.
For 99% of submissions, these accounts work fine. But if one contradicts the basis for the account, you're going to get demolished. ESPECIALLY in digg which is heavily liberal.

That said, if it can't be done a refund should be given, but it's idiotic to blame him for not being able to do it in this special case. Shit, on most anti-obama articles you could even have BOTS voting it up and not hit the front page just because of the bury brigade.
 
Yeah well I understand that it might be hard to come up with those 100 diggs.. but that's not the point. Basically to put it straight, you have fucked it up royally with this thread. I wouldn't buy shit from you. Just because I don't have the time to start to listen your whining if something wasn't exactly what you expected. You either give me 100 diggs you promised or if for some reason it doesn't seem to happen, you fucking suck it up, refund my money and move on. If I would get my money back with explanation that sorry, can't be done because of this and this.. I would be totally cool with you and respect your decision not to fuck your own business up by doing something that might hurt it in the long run by trying to force diggs or something.

You don't come bitching into forums that you can't do this or this is so hard.
